Investment Management
• Low Volatility Income Portfolio = 0.50% of assets under management
• Diversified Income Portfolio = 1.00% of assets under management
• Balanced Portfolio = 1.00% of assets under management
• Long-term Strategic Portfolio = 1.25% of assets under management
• Global Opportunities Portfolio = 1.50% of assets under management |
Insurance Services
• Compensated directly by insurance carrier
• No additional broker, servicing, or administrative fees will be charged by Integra Capital Group
Mortgage Services
• Compensation not to exceed 1.25% of loan amount (will typically be 1%)
• Paid by lender, or
• Paid by borrower, or
• Combination of both
• Additional fees like lender fees, title, appraisal, processing, etc., may apply. These are direct fees from third-parties and are not
