Integra Capital Group - Low Volatility Income Portfolio

Low Volatility Income PortfolioObjectives

The primary objective is to seek a high level of stability of principal from a diversified group of low-volatility income investment options. The secondary objective is to maximize income (given the low volatility constraint) by carefully selecting investment vehicles that achieve both goals. Clients will be able to choose from taxable or federal non-taxable biases as well as some limited
equity exposure. Some state income tax benefits may also apply.

Strategy

The portfolio seeks to meet its objectives by investing in a narrow range of
income exchange traded funds (ETFs), money market funds, and CDs. For investors with concerns about federal income taxes on realized income the
fund will invest in non-taxable ETFs.

Investments

To be eligible for inclusion an investment needs to be liquid, transparent, and with minimal management fees.

Suitability

This strategy is suitable for those investors that want to take a minimum amount of risk while still earning a competitive income. It is also suitable for those investors that are looking for a place to “park” some funds while waiting for better opportunities to enter the capital markets.
